Free internet TV sites (woot!)

Seriously, it's pretty cool:

TVU - Watch live feeds of TV channels from your computer (including CBS, ABC, Fox, SpikeTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and Sci-Fi)

Veoh - Watch recorded, commercial-free TV shows online (the selection is impressive)

Both sites have a downloadable player, and both also allow you to watch in your browser (though TVU requires Internet Explorer for this, and Veoh doesn't).
